摘要
本文采用间接免疫荧光法(IIF)和反向溶血空斑法(RPFC),对BXSB、NZW两种鼠的自身免疫状况做了较系统的观察。结果表明:BXSB、NZW的抗核抗体(ANA)滴度以BXSB雄民最高,且随着月龄的增加而增高。NZW鼠的ANA水平接近BXSB雌鼠,其雌鼠的滴度高于雄鼠。BXSB鼠脾中和骨髓中的免疫球蛋白分泌细胞(IgSC)在发病中所起的作用可能不同。
In this study, ANA level had,been studied in BXSB and NZW strains. Activation of B cells inBXSB were valued by using Ig secreting cells (IgSC) count. Our findings suggested that male BXSBhad a high level of ANA and when the mice get older, their ANA level became higher. NZW of bothsexes had a ANA level like female BXSB. In this strain, the female mice had a little higher titers thanmale ones. The IgSC in spleen and bone marrow of BXSB may play different role in pathogenesis.
