A process for preparing polyaluminum chloride from waste chlorhydric acid and poor quality kaolin has been developed.The influence of calcinations temperature and time,chlorhydric acid dosage,acid leaching time on leaching rate of aluminum was explored in the tests.The results show that polyaluminum chloride prepared by the process can meet the standards GB15892-95.
