摘要
以高岭土和质量分数为 2 0 %的废盐酸为原料 ,采取两段溶出酸浸法工艺制备作为松香施胶沉淀剂的聚合氯化铝 (PAC) ,并对其在施胶体系中的理化性能和电化学性能进行测试。结果表明 ,在焙烧温度为 75 0~ 80 0℃ ,焙烧时间为 2~ 3h、高岭土与盐酸的用量比为 1∶1.75 (g/mL)、酸浸温度为 85~ 95℃、酸浸时间为 1h的最佳工艺条件下制备的PAC的盐基度为 37.3% ,在施胶体系中能达到很好的沉淀效果 ;电泳实验结果表明 ,当pH值为 5 .0~ 10 .0时 ,PAC均能保持正电性。该工艺具有操作简便 ,生产成本低等特点 。
Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) , as a sizing precipitant of rosin, was prepared by two stage solution-acid leaching process with kaoline and waste hydrochloric acid (20%) as the raw materials. Its physiochemical and electrochemical properties in the sizing system were tested. The results indicated that the PAC prepared under the optimum technological conditions namely, roasting temparature of 750~ 800 ℃,roasting time of 2~ 3 h, the ratio of kaoline to hydrochloric acid of 1∶1.75(g/mL), acid leaching temparature of 85~ 95 ℃ and acid leaching time of 1 h, had a basicity of 37.3% and could achieve very good precipitation effect in the sizing system. The electrophoresis test results showed that, at pH values of 5.0~ 10.0, PAC could remain its positive electrical property. This process characterized by easy operation and low cost has opened up a new approach to kaoline utilization.
