摘要
该文选用阳离子型高分子絮凝剂聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)处理用铝酸钙粉生产聚合氯化铝固液分离中产生的洗渣废水,取得了较好的效果.试验结果表明,该絮凝剂无论在投药量、处理效果方面都比传统的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)优越.在pH为6.5、投药量为0.5mg/L的条件下,经过8h的沉降,其出水SS可降至2.1mg/L以下,可以达标排放或者回用.下层絮体结构紧密,易于脱水.
Treatment processes of cationic flocculent polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride(PDMDAAC) on residuewashing wastewater during production of PAC using calcium aluminates are reported in this paper. The experimental results show that PDMDAAC has such advantages as not only pouring dosage but also having treatment effect as compared to the conventional polyarcylamide(PAM). When the dosage of PDMDAAC is 0.5 mg/L and pH is adjusted to 6.5 by lime, the concentration of SS of the treated effluent is lower than 2.1 mg/L after 8 hours settling. It can then be discharged as meeting the national standards, and can be reused as well. The formed floc is solid and can easily be dewatered.
