摘要
利用FeSO_4和Na_2CO_3为原料制备的均匀纺锤形α-FeOOH微晶,在流态化床中,进行了脱水、还原(以汽相无水乙醇为还原剂)、部分氧化等热处理工艺的研究。实验确定,脱水温度越高,最终产物的磁性能也越高;而还原温度、氧化温度提高,最终产物的磁性能下降。该文对热处理工艺影响的原因也进行了探讨。
The factors of thermal treatment process for preparing homogeneousspindle-type γ-Fe_2O_3 was studied. The processes of dehydration, reduction andoxidation were carried out in a fluidized bed furnace. It was found that H_c and M_r/ M_sincrease with increasing dehydration temperature and decrease with increasing reductionand oxidation temperature. The mechanism of thermal treatment for preparation was dis-cussed.
