摘要
提出了一种用硝化棉(NC)对硝酸铵(AN)表面进行包覆的新方法。对包覆工艺条件及影响包覆质量的因素进行了研究,取得了较佳的工艺条件。结果表明,产品包覆均匀,不易受潮结块,撞击感度有所下降。
A new method of coating ammonium nitrate (AN) by nitrocellulose (NC) is presented. Based on the investigation of coating conditions and the factors influencing on the coating quality, a preferred technological condition is worked out. Experimental results indicate that the evenly coated product is good in quality, less susceptible to humidity and caking, and the impact sensitivity is somewhat decreased as well.
