摘要
目的 :探讨肾衰泻浊汤对慢性肾衰模型大鼠肾小管间质损伤的抑制作用。方法 :以腺嘌呤诱导慢性肾衰动物模型 ,予以肾衰泻浊汤进行防治。结果 :各治疗组大鼠尿α1-MG浓度明显提高 ,血α1-MG排泄量及肾组织PCNA+ 细胞数目明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,肾小管间质病理损伤有所改善。且血、尿α1-MG与SCr、BUN呈显著正相关性。结论 :肾衰泻浊汤防治慢性肾衰的机理可能与抑制肾脏细胞增殖 。
Objective:To discuss the inhibit effect of Shenshuaixiezhou decoction on renal tubules interstitial injury of rat with chronic renal failure. Method:The model with chronic renal failure was induced by adenine which prevented with Shenshuaixiezhuo decoction. Result:Urine α 1-MG concentration was obviously increased in group with shenshuaixiezhou decoction,blood α 1-MG excretion content and PCNA + cell's number in kidney were significantly decreased,the pathologic injury of renal tubules interstitial was improved. Conclusion:the mechanism of Shenshuaixiezhou decoction preventing chronic renal failure was related to inhibit the proliferation of renal cell and abate the pathologic injury of renal tubules interstitial.
