摘要
目的:研究大豆蛋白对肾损害大鼠钙平衡的影响。方法:选择3月龄健康雄性SD大鼠40只,按体质量从小到大排序采用完全随机化原则分为4组,每组10只。标准饲料对照组:喂食含有14%酪蛋白饲料;大豆蛋白饲料组:喂食含有14%大豆分离蛋白饲料;混合饲料I组:喂食含有7%酪蛋白加7%大豆分离蛋白饲料;混合饲料II组:喂食含有7%酪蛋白加14%大豆分离蛋白饲料。实验期用腺嘌呤灌胃共21天建立肾损害大鼠模型,各组大鼠喂养相应饲料6周。测量指标:钙摄入量、尿钙、粪钙、血肌酐、尿素、白蛋白、钙、磷,骨钙。结果:大豆蛋白饲料组和混合饲料I组实验检测项目无明显统计学差异,与另外两组相比,血肌酐、尿素、磷低,血钙、钙表观吸收率、钙储留量和骨钙高,差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论:蛋白质含量水平在14%条件下,含大豆蛋白的饲料更有助于促进钙平衡。
Objective:To investigate the effects of soybean protein on balance of calcium in rats with renal damage. Methods :40 three-month old male SD rats were divided randomly in four groups with 10 rats in each. The rats in control group were fed with standard forage containing 14% casein;to soybean protein group,rats were fed with the forage with 14% isolated soybean protein;for mixed diet group Ⅰ, the diet with 7% casein and 7% isolated soybean protein was given;to mixed diet group Ⅱ, rats were provided with forage containing 7% casein plus 14% soybean isolated protein. During the period of 21 days, intragastric administration of adenine resulted in renal damage in rats of the four groups. All of the rats were fed with the corresponding food for 6 weeks. After this period of time ,the following parameters were determined; urine calcium around 24 hours,intake of calcium, fecal calcium, serum creatinine ( Cr), blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ), albumin ( Alb), blood calcium and inorganic phosphorus, and bone calcium. Results: There was no significant difference in all the parameters between soybean isolated protein group and mixed diet group Ⅰ (P 〉0.05 ) ;while compared with the other groups,soybean isolated protein group showed low concentrations of Cr, BUN, and blood inorganic phosphorus ,and high levels of blood calcium ,calcium absorbtion ;calcium diet groupl and another two groups, the result shows lower Cr, BUN and higher calcium absorbtion, calcium retention and bone calcium with a statistical difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions: Diet containing 14% isolated soybean protein was more helpful in promoting balance of calcium.
