摘要
以 0 .2 mg/kg体重剂量给健康仔猪肌注亚硒酸钠溶液后 ,系统研究了仔猪血硒浓度与抗氧化系统动态变化。实验结果表明 ,健康仔猪体内抗氧化系统随机体硒水平的变化而变化 ,但与后者相比有一个明显的滞后期。给予一定量的硒后 ,体内的抗氧化能力并没有立即增强 ,SOD活力及 T-AOC均经过较长一段时间后才开始显著上升 ,而 GSH-Px活性则是先降低而后又逐渐升高 ,MDA的变化也明显滞后于硒浓度的变化。
In this paper the regularity of its antioxidation in the body of the health piglet were systematically studied by means of the experiment under conditions that 0.2 mg/ kg body weight of sodium selenite were respectively used intramuscularly as the single dose. The results showed that the oxidant defense system in the health piglet varied along with the change of Se level in the body and had an obvious lag time comparing with the latter. The anti oxidtion did not immediately enhance when a certain quantity of Se was supplied. Both superoxide dismutase(SOD) and total anti oxidation capacity(T AOC) began going up considerably after a longer period but glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px) was firstly fell down and then increasingly rose up. The change of MDA was apparently later than that in Se level. This showed that there was regular inner link between the oxidant defense system and Se concentration.
