摘要
随机选择富硒地放养、补饲富硒稻谷的土麻鸭和非富硒地放养、饲喂配合饲料的土麻鸭,对其胸肌和腿肌的混合肉样硒含量进行了测定。分析结果表明,富硒地放养、补饲富硒稻谷的土麻鸭肌肉硒含量极显著高于相同条件下饲养的非富硒地放养和饲喂配合饲料鸭肌肉硒的含量(P<0.01)。
In this study, local sheldrakes were randomly arranged two groups, one of which were stocked in selenium-rich land and fed with selenium-rich rice, and the other group were stocked in seleniumless land and fed with compound feed. Then determine the amount of selenium in pectoral muscle and leg muscle of all sheldrakes. The results indicated that the amount of selenium in muscle of sheldrakes, stocked in selenium-rich land and fed with selenium-rich rice, was extremely higher than that of the other group （P〈0. 01）.
