摘要
目的探讨木糖氧化产碱杆菌生物学特性和药敏试验结果。方法院内采集患者血液、脑脊液、脓汁、病灶分泌物和咽拭子分离病菌 ,经培养及生化反应鉴定取得木糖氧化产碱杆菌。对该菌的生物学特性和药敏试验进行研究。抗生素敏感试验方法采用KB纸片法 ,最低抑菌浓度采用琼脂稀释法。结果从 2 4例患者共分离该细菌 36个菌株。该菌为革兰染色阴性菌。可生长于血琼脂培养基。生化反应 :氧化酶 (+) ,触酶 (+) ,硫化氢 (- ) ,氧化 -发酵 :氧化 ,葡萄糖 (+) ,果糖 (- ) ,半乳糖 (- / +) ,甘露糖 (+/ - ) ,鼠李糖 (- ) ,木糖 (+) ,蔗糖 (- ) ,甘露醇 (- ) ,葡萄糖酸盐氧化 (+) ,硝酸盐还原亚硝酸盐 (+) ,苯丙氨酸脱氨酶 (- ) ,水解乙酰胺 (+)。体外抗生素敏感试验显示 ,该菌对诺氟沙星、头孢噻肟、复方新诺明、头孢哌酮、头孢呋肟、头孢曲松等敏感。结论为木糖氧化产碱杆菌所致感染的临床。
ObjectiveTo investigate the biological characteristics of Alcaligenes xylosoxidans.MethodsPathogenic bacteria were isolated from the blood, cerebrospinal fluid, purulent fluid, throat swab and respiratory samples of patients in the hospital. The bacteria were identified as Alcaligenes xylosoxidans by biochemical reactions. Various biological characteristics and antibiotics sensitivity of Alcaligenes xylosoxidans were studied .The antibiotics sensitivity test was done, using the method of KB paper. Minimum inhibitory concentration was obtained by the agar dilution method. ResultsThirty six strains of Alcaligenes xylosoxidans were isolated from 24 patients. All the germs were Gram negative and could grow in blood agar medium. Biochemical reaction showed that the organism was positive for catalase, oxidases, glucose and xylose but not for fructose, sucrose and other carbohydrates. The results also showed that this germ was positive for nitrate reducatase but negative for alanine deaminase. The antibiotic sensitivity test demonstrated that this germ was sensitive to norfloxacin, cefotaxime, SMZco, cefoperazone, cefuroxime and ceftriaxone. ConclusionThe study the basis for the clinical diagnosis and therapy of infection by Alcaligenes xylosoxidans.
