摘要
从生产草甘膦的化工厂污水处理池中分离得到草甘膦抗性菌种(Z-1)。Z-1可以在以草甘膦为唯一碳源和氮源的无机盐培养基上生长,其草甘膦耐受性达到了1 000 mg/L。并检测了LB培养基和草甘膦基础培养基中NaCl浓度和pH值对Z-1菌生长的影响。在草甘膦基础培养基中加入葡萄糖可以加快菌种降解草甘膦的速率。根据菌体特征和分子鉴定的结果,Z-1菌属于苍白杆菌属。
A glyphosate-resistant strain(Z-1) was isolated from the sewage treatment pool of chemical factory which producing glyphosate.Z-1 can grow in mineral medium(MM),which took glyphosate as exclusive carbon source and nitrogen source.The glyphosate-resistance of Z-1 reached 1 000 mg/L.Meanwhile,the influences of NaCl content and pH value in LB medium and glyphosate MM on growth of Z-1 were detected.Adding glucose to the glyphosate MM can accelerate the speed that Z-1 degrades the glyphosate.According to the characters of strain and the results of molecular identification,the Z-1 strain belongs to Ochrobactrum.
