摘要
本文认为 ,中国目前存在着农业生产力低下、制造业的国际竞争力不高、服务业落后以及地区产业结构不合理等一系列问题 ,而导致这些问题的根源在于中国现行的产权制度。因此 ,要实现中国产业的高度化及结构的合理化 。
