摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入,我国服务业规模持续增长,北京已形成以服务经济为主导的格局,但是与发达国家和世界城市相比仍有较大差距,现行的管理体制机制严重阻碍服务业综合改革和进一步发展。本文详细分析了北京服务业发展的基础和面临的主要问题,深刻剖析了北京服务业综合改革面临的体制机制障碍,并给出相应的对策建议。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,the scale of China＇s service industry continues to increase;service economy has become to be the leading industry in The Beijing＇s economic reform pattern.However,there is still a wide gap by comparing with world developed countries and big cities.The existing management mechanisms are the serious impediments to service industry comprehensive reform and further development.This paper analyzed the basic condition and the problems for the service industry in Beijing,and also analyzed the obstacles of the present system and mechanism of the service industry in Beijing.At last,it also put forward some relevant countermeasures.
