ZnSO_4拮抗HgCl_2的致小鼠微核作用 被引量:1

摘要 本文报道给小白鼠在正常饮食以外,每日补充ZnSO_410.7μmol/kg,6天以上,对HgCl_23.68μmol/kg所致的胸骨微核有显著的拮抗作用。而仅补一次,即ZnSO_4与HgCl_2同时给或先补ZnSO_424h后再给HgCl_2,则拮抗作用不明显,给ZnSO_4的剂量高达61.9μmol/kg,小鼠无致微核作用。而给HgCl_21.84μmol/kg以上,有明显致微核作用。 This paper reports the effects of Zn-inhibition of HgCl2 induced micronu-cleus on mice supplied with ZnSO4 requisite for physiological process with filling or free taking in addition to normal diet over a week. It was found that the HgCl2 ( 3.68μmol/kg ) to induce micronucleus of sterna was inhibited by ZnSO 4 significantly. No effects were observed by the single supply of ZnSO4 immediately or within 24 hours only. In another study, we observed an increase in, the micronucleus rate of mice given HgCl2 ( 1.84μmol/kg ) intraperitoneally. The micronucleus rate was in propertion to the doses. ZnSO4(61.9μmol/kg) seemed to have little influence over the micronucleus rate in mice.
