摘要
本研究给小鼠腹腔注射VitB_21.0mg/kg以上时,可显著地降低HgCl_2的致微核作用.不论是在HgCl_2的染毒前2h或染毒后30min内给予VB_2时,均可明显地降低HgCl_2的致微核作用.另外,给小鼠饮水含VB_210mg/L一个月后,也可显著地降低HgCl_2的致微核作用.
The results showed that HgCl2-induced the rate of micronuclei decreased significantly, when the mice injected intraperitoneally with VitB2 of 1. 0mg/kg or more and within 120 min before and 30 min after the mice recieved HgCl2. The rate of micronuclei also decreased obviously after the mice drank the water of VitB2 l0mg/L for a month.
