摘要
为探讨泻火凉血为主治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜 (简称ITP)的疗效。将 4 5例患者经分型后应用泻火凉血为主 ,配合健脾滋肾法 ,治疗 3个月。观察治疗前后出血程度、血小板计数、血小板相关抗体的变化。结果 :总有效率 93 33% ,血热络伤型 (Ⅰ型 )有效率 92 86 % ,脾 (气 )肾阴虚型 (Ⅱ型 )有效率 93 5 5 % ,两型比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 1)。治疗后两型出血程度均显著改善 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血小板计数升高 (P <0 0 1) ,血小板相关抗体降低(P <0 0 5 )。
To observe the therapeutic effects of fire draining and blood cooling therapy in the treatment of idiopathic thrombopenic purpura(ITP),45 cases were differentiated into two syndromes and then treated by draining fire and cooling blood,as well as nourishing spleen and kidney.The bleeding seriousness,platelet count and platelet related antibody were measured before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 93 33%;it was 92 86% in the syndrome of blood heat injuring collaterals,and 93 55% in the syndrome of spleen kidney yin deficiency,without a difference between them( P >0 05);after treatment,the bleeding seriousness was lessened remarkably( P <0 05);platelet count increased( P <0 01)and platelet related antibody fell( P <0 05).It is indicated that fire draining and blood cooling medicines are quite effective against ITP of fire heat syndrome or qi yin deficiency syndrome.
