摘要
目的:总结丁樱教授分期辨治特发性血小板减少性紫癜的经验。方法:从病因病机、治则治法、分期施治、典型病例等方面对其分期辨治经验进行总结。结果:丁樱教授认为特发性血小板减少性紫癜病机为热、虚、瘀三种,以虚为本,热瘀为标,临床施治多以邪实阶段和正虚阶段分期论治,以银翘散、犀角地黄汤、归脾汤、知柏地黄丸、固本止崩汤、大补阴丸、茜根散等灵活化裁,临床疗效显著。结论:丁樱教授认为特发性血小板减少性紫癜是一种易复发难治性疾病,临床采用中医分期辨治,标本兼顾,气血同治,取得了较好的临床疗效。
Objective：To summary the experience of Staging syndrome differentiation on idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura by Professor Ding Ying.Methods：Summary the experience through etiology and pathogenesis,treatment,staging syndrome differentiation and the typical cases,etc.Results：Professor Ding Ying think the pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is hot,empty and silt,with empty-oriented,heat stasis as the standard,the clinical differentiation and many more evil is real and the imaginary stage theory of governance,flexible cut,a significant clinical effect.Conclusion：Professor Ding Ying thinks idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura as an easy-relapsed disease.The clinical stage Treatment use Chinese medicine,both specimens,both qi and blood to make a good clinical effect.
