摘要
目的 检测卡氏肺孢子虫感染对大鼠肺组织 6种微量元素 (Ca+ + 、Mg+ + 、Fe+ + 、Cu+ + 、Zn+ + 、Mn+ + )的影响。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组每只大鼠皮下注射地塞米松 1mg/次 ,每周 2次 ,诱导卡氏肺孢子虫感染。 10周后将大鼠处死 ,取肺组织 ,用原子吸收分光光度计测定其微量元素的变化。结果 与PCP阴性组及对照组相比较 ,感染组肺组织中Zn+ + 的含量明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Ca+ + 、Mg+ + 的含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1~ 0 0 5 ) ,Fe+ + 、Cu+ + 、Mn+ + 的含量变化不明显。结论 卡氏肺孢子虫感染能引起大鼠肺组织微量元素的变化。
Aim To study the level of six trace elements(Ca ++ ,Mg ++ ,Fe ++ ,Cu ++ ,Zn ++ ,Mn ++ )in the lung of the rats infected with Pneumocystic carinii(PC) Methods 30 rats were random divided into experimental group and control group Experimental group was injected subcutaneously with dexamethasone(1mg per rate)twice a week and control group was not processed All of the rats were killed to obtain lungs after 10 weeks and the atomic absorption method were used Results Compared with the PCP negative group and the control group,the level of Zn ++ in PCP infected group was significantly reduced(P<0 05) The amount of Ca ++ ?Mg ++ of sick rats were higher than that of the normal(P<0 01~0 05) No difference on the content of Fe ++ ,Cu ++ ,Mn ++ between the experimental and control group were estimated Conclusion Pneumocystis carinii might play a role in the change of trace elements against lung in rats
