摘要
本文采取正辛醇 -水分配体系模拟水仙根、茎、叶的水煎液中锌、锰、镁、钙、锡、铁、铜、铬、镉、铅在人体胃肠中的分配情况 ,应用原子吸收光谱法测定了水仙三个部位上述 10种微量元素的总含量 ,以及水煎液中各微量元素水溶态、醇溶态含量 ,探讨了酸度对水煎液中微量元素形态的影响 ,实验结果表明 ,水仙中微量元素的溶出率 ,微量元素的形态分布与水仙各部位成分及作用靶位 (胃、肠 )
Here n \|C 8H 17 OH\|H 2O system was adopted to study the distribution of zinc,manganese,magnesium,calcium,tin,iron,copper,chromium,cadmium and lead in root,stem and leaf decoction of sacred\|lily in our stomach and intestine,respectively.Total concentrations of ten trace elements,water\|solubility concentration and n \|C 8H 17 OH\|solubility concentration under gastric and intestinal acidity were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The components of sacred\|lily and acidity of target have great effect on the speciation and quantum of trace element in the decoctions.
