摘要
本试验装置是模拟燃煤发电厂锅炉省煤器管道的工况,通过增大磨粒在气流中的密度,强化试验条件,缩短试验周期,以研究钢在气——固两相流中高温冲蚀磨损机理及优化省煤器管道抗磨措施的装置。实验结果表明,该装置模拟性强,数据可靠,适用面宽。
This device is designed to investigate the high temperature ero-sion-corrosion properties and to optimize the anti-erosion-corrosion measuresfor iron and steel parts. It simulates the working conditions of the pipes in theeconomizer. The authors shorten the testing duration through increasing the densityof abrasive particles in the fluids. More than one year's operation shows that therepeatability of experimental results is fairly good. It has been shown that the deviceis again characterized by good reliability, better simulation effect and multifunctions.
