摘要
研究了动态水力旋流器中流场的特性 ,采用实验测定与理论分析相结合的方法 ,分析了对分离效率有重要影响的切向速度分布规律 ,指出了切向速度的最大值位于从中心到边壁的径向主半径的 1 3处 ,并且以最大值为界 ,形成两个涡 ,外部为自由涡 ,内部为强制涡 ,同时 ,指出轴向速度的特点是液体在器壁附近和核心处各有一个高速的轴向速度区 ,而在 1 2半径附近却存在一个很低的轴向速度区 ;径向速度的特点是随微粒半径减小 。
During the time of running, the main fluid velocity of dynamic hydrocyclone can be decompounded three parts: tangential velocity, radial velocity and axial velocity. By the experiment mensuration and theory analysis, the distributing orderliness of the tangential velocity is analysed, and its max value is at 1/3 of its main diameter. The max value of the tangential velocity is a boundary of freeness\|eddy and force\|eddy. The characteristic of axial velocity is that there exist two high\|speed sections by the hydrocyclone's wall and its core, and by 1/2 position of radius exists a quite low axis\|speed section. At the same time, the property of dynamic hydrocyclone's radial velocity is also explained.
