摘要
对旋流反应器中湍流条件下分散相液滴破碎进行了分析,运用类似于雷诺应力比拟的方法,得到了具体位置的液滴破碎的临界流量条件。并且通过韦伯数与两相相对速度的关系,阐明了具体流量条件下,旋流场中特定区域中的液滴变形乃至完全破碎的情况。
After the analysis of the breakage of droplet as dispersed phase on condition of turbulent flow in cyclone reactor, on the analogy of Reynolds stress as viscosity stress, the critical flow for droplet break-up was determined by the specific location. Through the relatimlship between Weber number and the relative speed, situation of distortion or bretikage of dispersed phase particles in region-specific could be comprehended under the given handling capacity.
