摘要 针对油田采出液处理难度增大的问题 ,研究了以水力旋流器为核心的含油污水配套处理工艺 .设计了 3种配套工艺方案 ,其中 ,油井采出液经两级串联水力旋流器后 ,再经过滤器分离 ,滤后水中油的质量浓度下降至 1.9~ 3 .5mg·L- 1 ,达到了测试技术指标 ;水处理过程中 ,设备运行可靠 ,分离性能稳定 ;表明该工艺方案为最佳配套工艺 . In view of the difficulties involved in recovery fluid treating, we developed the complete technology of oily wastewater treatment in the core of hydrocyclones, and devised three kinds of complete plans, in which we used two kinds of hydrocyclones that were serially connected with filtering equipment by treating the recovery fluid of oil\|well. After filtering and separating, the concentration of oily water was reduced to 1.9 and 3.5 mg·L -1 , with the testing target achieved. During the process of oily water treatment, the equipment operated well, with the separation performance stable. It is verified that this plan is the best of the complete technology.
