摘要
叙述了挤压铸造的基本特点 ,对液态挤压铸造机要求具备低流速大流量平稳充填铸型和瞬时增压的能力。参考国内用油压机作挤压铸造机的设备和对由此所产生的铸件缺陷作了具体分析 。
The basic features of the squeeze casting were described. The squeeze casting machine should possess the ability of smooth mold filling with low flow speed and large discharge quantity and increasing the squeezing pressure instantaneously. The details of oil press used as squeeze casting machine in China and thereby the casting defects were analyzed. Some comments on the future development of the squeeze casting in China were suggested.
