摘要
采用光学显微镜、电子扫描显微镜研究了超音速电弧喷涂铝涂层的显微组织结构及喷涂粒子状态 ;采用拉伸试验和硬度计测试了涂层的结合强度、硬度 .采用中性盐雾试验对铝涂层的耐腐蚀性进行实验 ,结果表明超音速电弧喷涂铝涂层孔隙率低、组织致密 ,结合强度和硬度较高 ,耐腐蚀性能优越 .铝、Ac铝合金涂层的耐腐蚀性能几乎相同 .
Microstructure, bond strength and powder size of supersonic ARC sprayed Al coatings were investigated by OM, SEM , Vickers microhardness test, tensile bond strength test and salt spray test. Experiment results showed that aluminum coatings by supersonic ARC spraying have better corrosion resistance, higher microhardness, higher bond strength and smaller powder size as well as lower porosity than that by conventional ARC spraying.
