摘要
分析了半固态合金熔体直接压铸技术的特点及优势后指出,控制半固态压铸件性能的关键性技术是半固态熔体快速制备技术、定量浇注、浇注系统设计和工艺参数的优化设计。这些关键技术目前并没有完全解决,限制了这一新技术的工业应用。本文通过理论分析并根据试验研究结果,提出了解决这些问题的技术途径。
The article first summarized the features of semi-solid rheo-die-casting technique. Then according to its particular features, the key techniques were presented which contained semi-solid melt quick-preparation, quantitative pouring, gating system design and the optimization of processing parameter and was considered as the main factor that controlled the performance of workpiece. These key techniques have not been solved yet and still limited the industry applications of this new technique. The problem-solve methods to above key techniques have been presented according to the theoretical analysis and experiment results.
