摘要
文章从法律方面、资本市场方面、公司治理结构三个方面分析了在国内市场体制不完善的环境下实行经理股票期权存在的问题。
From the three aspects of law,capital market and company's executive structure,the paper analyzes the problems in practising executive stock option under the circumstance of the improving domestic market system,thus expounding the opinion that executive stock option must rely on the ideal market system.
