摘要
在pH =8 .0、HCl tris缓冲溶液和Tween80胶束介质中 ,研究了 1 亚硝基 2 萘酚 (NN)与Ni(Ⅱ )的显色反应。建立了胶束光度法测定微量Ni(Ⅱ )的新方法。结果表明 ,Ni(Ⅱ ) NN配合物的最大吸收波长为 4 5 5nm ,摩尔吸光系数为1.0 1× 10 4 L/ (mol·cm) ,检出限为 0 .0 4mg/L ,有色溶液的吸光度与Ni(Ⅱ )量在 0 .2~ 1.0mg/L范围内符合比耳定律 ,加标回收率为 96 .2 %~ 10 3.1% (n =6 )。测定了非晶态FeNiCr合金钢中的镍。
The chromogenic reactions of Ni(II) with 1\|nitroso\|2\|naphthol(NN) were studied in HCl\|tris buffer of pH 8.0 and Tween 80 non\|ionic micellar medium with polyoxyethylene groups. A novel micellar UV\|Vis\|Spectrophotometric method for determining trace Ni(II) was developed. The results showed that the maximum absorbing wavelength of the system was 455 nm for Ni(II)\|NN, and the molar absorbing coefficient was 1.01×10\+4 L/(mol·cm), else the detection limit was 0.04 mg/L. Beer' law was obeyed for Ni(II) within the range of 0.2~1.0 mg/L. The recovery of adding standard solution was 96.2%~103.1% (n=6). The present method could be applied to the determination of nickel in amorphous FeNiCr alloys steel.
