摘要
合成了显色剂7-(4-安替比林偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉(AP-8Q),通过红外和核磁共振进行了结构确证,并研究了该试剂与Ni(Ⅱ)的显色反应.实验结果表明:在pH为6.8的Na_(2)HPO_(4)-K_(2)HPO_(4)缓冲溶液中,Ni(Ⅱ)与AP-8Q形成了稳定的橙红色配合物,其最大吸收波长为488 nm,对比度Δλ为90 nm,Ni(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在0~1.0 mg/L时服从Beer定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.7×10^(5)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),检出限为0.864μg/L,灵敏度很高.分别通过摩尔比法和等摩尔连续变化法测得Ni(Ⅱ)与显色剂的络合比为1∶4,并研究了七种常见的金属离子对显色反应的干扰,测定了它们的最大允许量.
A kind of chromogenic reagent,7-(4-antipyrinylazo)-8-hydroxyquinoline(AP-8Q)was synthesized,and its structure was confirmed by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance.The color reaction of Ni(II)with AP-8Q was studied.The results showed that Ni(II)reacted with AP-8Q in the medium of Na_(2)HPO_(4)-K_(2)HPO_(4)buffer solution of pH 6.8 to form a stable orange red complex,which had its absorption maxima at 488 nm and aΔλof 90 nm.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~1.0 mg·L^(-1)of Ni(II)and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 6.7×10^(5)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The method detection limit was 0.864μg/L with a high sensitivity.The ratio of chelates of Ni(II)with AP-8Q was 1∶4,which was determined by molar ratio method and molar ratio method respectively.The influence of seven common metallic ions was also examined and their maximum allowable contents had been determined.
