摘要
介绍了ICP-AES法测定高铬合金铸铁中硅、锰、磷、镍、铜、钼、钒、钛含量的方法,解决了样品分解难的问题,优选了适宜的仪器测定参数及分析谱线,研究了元素间谱线干扰情况,可以取代传统的化学分析法,满足了生产、科研的需求。
This paper describes a method to determine Si, Mn, P, Ni, Cu, Mo, V, and Ti contents in high chromium cast iron. A difficult problem of rumple separating is revolved, suitable measuring parameters of instruments and analysis spectrum are optimized as well as disturbance from .spectrum among elements is studied. The method meets the requirements of production and scientific rearch which can replace the traditional chemical analysis method.
