摘要 我国老年教育进入新的历史时期,普惠性发展成为老年教育新的定位,及时有效满足老年教育需求、适应国家健康战略发展成为老年教育发展必须面对的议题。老年教育应扩大供给,实现办学主体的社会化;重心向下,实现办学场所的社区化;系统规划,实现培养模式的专业化;嵌入科技,实现教育方式的信息化;精准设计,满足学习需求的个性化;深度融合,实现为老服务的综合化。 China’s education for older adults has entered a new historical period and the new orientation of senior education is benefiting seniors more widespread. In order to advance senior education,meeting the needs timely and effective and adapting to the development of the national health strategy are issues have to confront. The education for older adults should expand the supply to socialize the school-running subject,downward teaching focus to make education sites community-oriented,plan systematically to specialize the teaching mode,embed technology to imformationize the education methods,design precisely to satisfy the personalized learning needs and fuse deeply to integrate all levels of senior services.
