论公众对政府公共服务质量的感知与评价 被引量:34

A Research on Public Perception and Appraisal to Public Service Quality of Government

摘要 近些年来,一场旨在提高政府的公共服务质量和政府公信力再造运动在全球的范围内方兴未艾,各国政府以及专家学者们都致力于研究政府公共服务质量的改善问题,其中,关于政府公共服务的评价问题研究被看作是能够促进政府改善公共服务质量的一个重要支持手段。文章对公众评价政府公共服务质量的思路、方法、主要内容及影响因素等问题进行了探讨,并结合服务型政府的要求和我国公共服务建设的现状,有针对性地提出政府公共服务改善的对策,让政府的公共服务能够真正达到让公众满意的目标。 In recent years,a series of movements on reinventing government are in the ascendant all over the world,aiming at enhancing the quality and credibility of the government.Governments,experts and scholars have been working on improving the quality of government's public service.And the study on the evaluation of government's public service was regarded as a significant means to promote the governmental quality of public services.In this paper,government ideas,methods,main contents,and influencing factors of the public evaluation on the quality of public services were discussed.Based on the requirements of building service-oriented government and the present situation of public service,this article has pertinently put forward some strategies of improving government's public service to make the government achieve the goal of public satisfaction really and truly.
