摘要
针对目前软件工程专业培养创新实践型人才存在的问题,提出加强实践地位以转移教学培养重心,明确人才定位以摆脱培养误区,以创新成果为导向鼓励培养创新实践能力,加强产学结合以开放实践视野一系列解决问题、配合新工科建设的思路,给出改革现有教学模式、培养新工科建设所需的创新实践型人才的具体思路和措施。
For the problems that make it difficult for software engineering to train innovative and practical talents,the thinking of improving the status of practice to transfer the focus of teaching,clear talent positioning to get rid of misunderstanding of training,encourage innovation to promote the exercise of innovation ability,promote Industry-university combination to widening the vision of the practice which solve problems and cooperate with New Engineering is put forward.The specific measure which reform existing teaching models and train practical and innovative talents needed by New Engineering is given.
