一类单氟代三联苯液晶化合物氟原子朝向对质谱碎片的影响及异构体的分离 被引量:1

摘要 为了确定氟朝向对一类单氟代三联苯液晶单体质谱碎片的影响,利用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)和NMR对6种单氟代三联苯液晶单体进行了分析.实验结果表明:氟原子朝向的差异影响特征裂解碎片的丰度,氟原子对于相同朝向的烷基断裂峰有正向作用;相反,通过H1/H2数值可以判断异构体的氟原子朝向.同时做了2组单氟代三联苯化合物及异构体的分离研究,在液相手性柱条件下,异构体得到了很好分离.该试验可以为此类液晶材料的分析及定性提供参考. In order tOdetermine the effect of fluorine atom orientation on the mass spectrometry fragments of single- fluorOtriphenyl liquid crystal monomers,six single- fluorOtriphenyl liquid crystal monomer compounds’ qualitative researches have been conducted with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and NMR.The experimental results show that the difference in the fluorine atom orientation affect the abundance of the cracked fragments,and the positive effects are contributed tOalkyl cleavage peaks which have the same orientation with fluorine atom.Conversely,the fluorine atom orientation can be judged by the H1/H2 value between isomers.At the same time,twOgroups single-fluorOtriphenyl compounds and its isomers’ separation researches have been performed with HPLC method.Under the condition of liquid chiral column,the isomers can be well separated.This experiment has a great reference meaning for the qualitative analysis of such liquid crystal materials.
