摘要 采用正相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)研究了甲基异柳磷、地虫硫磷、胺草磷、双苯三唑醇、氰戊菊酯和氟氰戊菊酯等6种手性农药在Chiralcel OD-H和Chiralcel OJ-H手性柱上的对映体分离,通过优化分离条件,实现了几种手性农药对映体的拆分.在此基础上对比了2种纤维素手性固定相的手性拆分效果,探讨了相应的手性识别机理. The enantioseparation of seven chiral pesticides including isofenphos-methyl,fonofos,amiprophos,bitertanol,sethoxydim,fenvalerate and flucythrinate were studied on Chiralcel OD-H and Chiralcel OJ-H chiral columns in the normal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) mode.The resolution conditions were optimized on the two chiral columns.Resolution results of different cellulose chiral stationary phases and chiral recognition mechanism were further evaluated.
