摘要
目的探讨信息化平台下病区一级质控的应用效果.方法 2017年6月-11月采用传统方法进行一级质控,2017年12月-2018年5月使用护理管理信息系统与微信平台进行一级质控.结果实施后,护士对质控信息的知晓速度优于实施前,8项护理质量得分高于实施前,护士长手册一级质控汇总及护士综合考评成绩录入耗时短于实施前,住院患者满意度高于实施前.结论信息化平台下,将微信与护理管理信息系统有机结合,确保了质控结果反馈的及时性,提升了护理质量,提高了工作效率,值得推广.
To explore the application effect of first-level quality control of wards based on information platform.MethodsFrom June to November 2017, the first-level quality control was carried out by traditional method, and from December 2017 to May 2018, the nursing management information system and WeChat platform were used for quality control. ResultsAfter the implementation, the nurses knew the quality control information faster than before the implementation. The eight quality of care scores were higher than those before the implementation. The head nurses' first-level quality control summary and the nurse comprehensive evaluation scores were shorter than the pre-implementation. Furthermore, the inpatients satisfaction was higher than before.Conclusion Under the information platform, the organically combination of WeChat and nursing management information system ensures the timeliness of quality control results feedback, improves the quality of care, increase work efficiency, and deserves to be promoted.
