摘要
目的 探讨信息化一级护理质量控制在产科病房的应用效果,以提高护理服务质量,更好地服务患者.方法 护理部修订信息化一级护理质量控制内容,建立信息化一级护理质量控制管理办法,实行信息化一级护理质量控制.结果 经过实践,各项护理质量指标达标率,护理服务满意度以及护士对护理质量控制的满意度都有不同程度的提高（P〈0.05）.结论 信息化一级护理质量控制系统保证了护理质量控制的实时性和客观性,提高了护士质量控制的满意度和积极性,有效地提升了护理质量和患者满意度.
Objective To investigate the application effects of information primary care quality control in obstetric ward so as to improve the nursing quality and provide better service.Methods The content of the information nursing quality control was revised by nursing department. Management measures of information primary care quality control were established and implemented.Results Through practice, the rate of nursing quality indexes, satisfaction rate of nursing service and satisfaction rate of nurses to quality control of nursing were improved （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The establishment of information primary care quality control system ensures the real-time and objectivity of nursing quality control and improves satisfaction and enthusiasm of nurses, thus effectively improves nursing quality and satisfaction of patients.
