输尿管结石治疗方法的选择

摘要 目的　总结输尿管结石几种治疗方法的经验。方法　对 6 6 0例输尿管结石病人分别采用体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)、输尿管镜直视下取石 (URS)、气压弹道碎石 (PL)和开放手术 ,并对治疗情况进行回顾性总结。结果　ESWL成功率 97.7% ,行URS 2 8例成功 2 6例 ,PL 11例和开放手术取石 97例均获得成功。结论　任何治疗方法都有其局限性。应根据结石的大小、部位、停留时间 ;病人体质及经济条件等综合考虑 。
