摘要 针对直接空冷机组空冷岛规模庞大、难以实现温度和风速大规模测量的问题,设计了一套空冷岛动态参数监测系统。对空冷岛的测点进行优化布置,并详细介绍了硬件系统和软件系统。在空冷岛上安装搭载有温度和风速传感器的实时移动监测装置,并采用传感器技术,对现场数据进行采集和传输。选取IFIX作为上位机监控软件,使用OPC技术来实时监测和管理空冷岛的相关动态参数,使整个监控过程可视化。上述监测系统基本实现对现场数据的采集、处理和监控功能,为直接空冷系统的防冻预警、安全运行和空冷岛空气侧的场分布提供可靠的数据依据,对全面、准确把握直接空冷系统的运行状态、提高电厂的安全经济运行具有重要意义。 Aiming at the large scale of air-cooled island of direct air-cooled unit, which is difficult to measure its temperature and wind speed on a large scale, a set of dynamic parameter monitoring system of air-cooled island is designed and the measuring points of air-cooled island are optimized. The hardware system and software system are introduced in detail. A real-time mobile monitoring device equipped with temperature and wind speed sensors is installed on the air-cooled island, and sensor technology is used to collect and transmit field data. IFIX is selected as the monitoring software of the upper computer, and OPC technology is used to monitor and manage the dynamic parameters of the air-cooled island in real time, so that the whole monitoring process can be visualized. This monitoring system basically realizes the functions of collecting, processing and monitoring field data, provides reliable data basis for the anti-freezing early warning, safe operation and field distribution of air side of air-cooledisland of direct air-cooling system, and is of great significance for comprehensively and accurately grasping the operation status of direct air-cooling system and improving the safe and economic operation and management level of power plant.
