Antifreezing Performance Monitoring of Direct Air-cooled Condenser Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要 以某300MW直接空冷机组为例,分析了影响直接空冷凝汽器防冻性能的主要因素,基于模糊层次分析法,建立了直接空冷凝汽器防冻性能监测模型.结果表明:凝结水与抽空气温度偏差等因素对防冻性能的影响较大;该空冷凝汽器的第2排和第5排散热管束的防冻性能较差;基于模糊层次分析法所建模型不仅能对空冷凝汽器防冻性能进行定量评价,还能缩小查找结冰故障的范围,为结冰故障的预防、采取预处理措施、实施冬季优化运行奠定基础. Taking a certain 300 MW direct air-cooled unit as an example, factors influencing the antifreezing performance of the air-cooled condenser were analyzed, during which a monitoring model for the antifreezing performance was built up based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Results show that the temperature deviation between condensation water and pumping air has greater impact on antifreezing performance than other factors, and the antifreezing performance of cooling tubes at rows two and five is relatively poor. The model established based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process may not only help to quantitatively evaluate the antifreezing performance, but also narrow the scope to find the point of failure, which may therefore serve as a reference for freezing failure prevention, trouble shooting and operation optimization of similar power units.
