摘要
首先简单地介绍了OPC概念及技术特点,然后详细地介绍了基于OPC技术的iFIX组态软件与ABB AC800M系列DCS之间的数据通信方法以及具体实现过程,最后利用iFIX组态软件设计了DCS过程控制实验系统监控画面。实际运行结果表明iFIX与ABB AC800M系列DCS控制器的OPC数据通信的可靠性。
This paper simply introduces the concept and technical characteristics of OPC, and then in detail introduces the data communication method and the concrete implementation process between iFIX configuration software and ABB AC800M series DCS controller based on the OPC technology.Finally, design the monitoring screen of DCS process control experiment system. The actual operation result shows that OPC data communication between iFIX and ABB AC800M series DCS controller is reliable.
