我国教师教育生态系统的内涵、功能及其建构路径 被引量:19

摘要 教师教育生态系统是指与教师教育活动相关的主体和环境。构建多层次、多主体之间密切关系的教师教育生态系统,是教师教育政策制定和实践的基本前提。将“生态系统”概念引入教师教育实践领域,可以形成对教师教育宏观结构新的理解和把握。通过文献梳理和政策文本分析,同时借鉴社会生态系统理论,得出以下结论:我国的教师教育生态系统可建构为宏观的教育任务与教师教育文化和制度层、中观的教师教育者群体层和微观的师范生心理、生理和社会系统层。当前,在构建中国的教师教育系统中面临着主体合作性不足、系统衔接性不足和质量难以评估等问题,直接影响了我国教师教育生态系统的有效运行。为此,需要从加强主体合作、建立系统协调机制、完善层级内部的评估与保障体制等方面,推动我国教师教育生态系统未来的合理化走向。 The ecosystem of teacher education refers to the subject and environment related to teacher education activities.The establishment of a multi-level and multi-subject ecosystem for teacher education is the basic premise for the scientific and effective formulation and practice of teacher education policies.Introducing the concept of "ecosystem" into the field of teacher education practice can form a new understanding and grasp of the macro structure of teacher education.Through literature review and policy text analysis,as well as the social ecosystem theory for reference,the following conclusions:(1)Chinese teacher education ecological system can be constructed as the educational tasks,teacher education culture and the system layer for the macro level,the teacher educators as the medium level,and psychological,physiological and social system of pre-service students for the micro level.(2)At present,the construction of Chinese teacher education system is faced with problems such as insufficient subject cooperation,lack of system cohesion and difficulty in quality assessment,which directly affects the effective operation of China's teacher education ecosystem.(3)Therefore,it is necessary to promote the future rationalization of the education ecosystem in China from the aspects of strengthening the cooperation of subjects,establishing the system coordination mechanism,and improving the evaluation and guarantee the system rationality.
