摘要
我国需要构建教师教育新体系。这个体系应该是一个以管理层级和院校类型两个维度建构的高等院校体系中的层级化的二级专业学院体系。通过教师教育专业设置，在补充和市场数量与规划数量相结合的需求下构建的教师培养新体系。这个新体系具有高质量性、公平性、开放性、灵活性、专业性和一体化六个特征。
Our country is in need of a new teacher education system, which is a hierarchical system of secondary colleges constructed from the two dimensions of administrations and college types. And the construction of this new teacher education system can integrate the needs of market and administrative planning through teacher education programs design, with the six features of high-quality, equality, openness, flexibility, professionalism and integration.
