摘要
设计了一套基于超级电容器的断路器回路电阻测试装置,硬件系统设计包括超级电容器、分流器、可控硅、电压传感器、数据采集卡、工控机等,以labview程序为工作平台设计了软件系统,同时进行了整机电磁兼容设计。最后通过对标准电阻的测试现场试验,验证了装置能产生幅值大于1000A的长波头冲击电流,以满足冲开触头氧化膜和强电磁干扰现场测量微电阻的需要。
Circuit breaker loop resistance testing device based on super capacitor is designed. The hardware system design includes super capacitor,shunt,thyristor,voltage sensor,data acquisition card,industrial computer,etc. The software system is designed with LabVIEW program as working platform,and the electromagnetic compatibility design of the whole machine is also carried out. Finally, through the field test of standard resistance,it is verified that the device can generate long-wave head impulse current with amplitude greater than 1000A,to meet the need of measuring micro-resistance in situ by breaking the oxide film of contacts and strong electromagnetic interference.
