断路器操动机构虚拟样机建模及其故障仿真 被引量:10

Modeling for Virtual Prototype of Breaker Operating Mechanism and Its Fault Simulation

摘要 为研究弹簧疲劳失效对操动机构运动过程的影响,根据VS1型高压断路器弹簧操动机构分合闸运动原理,对操动机构进行结构简化并建立相应的虚拟样机模型,对比分析仿真结果及断路器主要机械技术参数要求以验证模型的准确性。运用机械系统自动动力学分析软件(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System,ADAMS)仿真分析了合闸弹簧刚度不足时机构的运动情况,仿真结果表明,弹簧刚度严重不足将导致机构合闸困难甚至无法合闸。 In order to study influence on movement course of operating mechanism by fatigue failure of spring,this paper in-troduces structure simplification of the operating mechanism and establishment of relevant virtual prototype model according to opening/closing operations movement principles. It also compares and analyzes simulation results and main mechanical technical parameters of the breaker to verify veracity of the model. It applies Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System (ADAMS)software to analyze movement of the mechanism due to lack of stiffness of closing spring. Simulation re-sults indicate that serious lack of stiffness of the spring will cause difficulty in mechanism closing or failure in switch-off.
