摘要
目的探讨肠内营养联合HAART治疗对艾滋病患者营养状态及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2019年1月期间在我院接受诊疗艾滋病患者60例,按照不同治疗方式进行分组,比较对照组(HAART治疗,n=30)与观察组(肠内营养联合HAART治疗,n=30)患者干预前及干预后的营养状态及免疫功能指标改善情况。结果干预前2组营养状态及免疫指标无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组均优于对照组,具显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论临床上对艾滋病患者应用肠内营养联合HAART治疗的效果确切。
Objective To analyze the effects of enteral nutrition combined with HAART on AIDS patients' nutritional status and immune function. Methods Sixty patients with AIDS who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to January 1919 were enrolled. According to different treatment methods,the nutritional status and immune function of the patients before and after intervention were compared between the control group (HAART treatment, n=30) and the observation group (enteral nutrition combined with HAART treatment,n=30).Results After intervention,the nutritional status and immune function of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before intervention,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinically,the efficacy of enteral nutrition combined with HAART in patients with AIDS is clear.
