摘要
脾居中焦,乃后天之本,气血化生之源,与机体的水谷运化及免疫防御关系密切。脾是艾滋病发病的关键脏腑,脾虚是基本病机,从脾论治是中医药治疗艾滋病的基本治法之一。肠黏膜免疫屏障损伤贯穿艾滋病整个病程,趋化因子25(CCL25)/趋化因子受体9(CCR9)介导的肠淋巴细胞归巢参与肠黏膜免疫屏障修复,中医能改善艾滋病患者肠道症状并对肠黏膜屏障有修复作用。分析了中医从脾论治观点与肠黏膜屏障在艾滋病中的重要性,探讨肠黏膜免疫屏障损伤及其调控的关键环节“CCL25/CCR9通路-肠淋巴细胞归巢途径”与艾滋病从脾论治的关系,以期明确中医药治疗艾滋病调节免疫的作用机制,为中医药治疗艾滋病作用机制研究提供新思路。
The spleen,located in the middle Jiao,the origin of the acquired life and also the source of Qi and blood,is closely related to the body's water and grain transport and immune defense.Spleen is the key organ of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syn⁃drome(AIDS),and spleen deficiency is its basic pathogenesis.One of the basic treatment with AIDS is from spleen in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Intestinal mucosal immune barrier injury runs through the whole course of AIDS,and CCL25/CCR9-mediated homing of intestinal lymphocytes is involved in the repair of intestinal mucosal immune barrier.TCM treatment can im⁃prove the intestinal symptoms of AIDS patients and repair the intestinal mucosal barrier.This paper analyzed the importance of TCM treatment from the perspective of spleen and intestinal mucosal barrier in AIDS,and explored the relationship between the damage of intestinal mucosal immune barrier and the key link of its regulation“CCL25/CCR9 pathway-intestinal lymphocyte homing pathway”and AIDS treatment from spleen,in order to clarify the mechanism of TCM treatment of AIDS to regulate immu⁃nity.It provides a new idea for the study of the mechanism of TCM treatment of AIDS.
