摘要
为提升雷达装备中高速背板连接器的插拔可靠性,以某型号VPX连接器为研究对象,对该连接器的机械性能开展了仿真和试验研究,建立了该连接器单根接触的解析模型,并通过ANSYS对该连接器在插拔过程开展非线性动力学仿真分析,搭建高精度6自由度的试验平台,考虑雷达装备的安装条件,对不同极限偏差下连接器插拔的力学性能和接触电阻开展试验测试。研究结果表明:平稳插入阶段插入力为0.17N,水平偏差对插拔力影响较小,垂直偏差对插拔力影响较大,且极限偏差对接触电阻影响不大。所得结论为该连接器的工程应用以及疲劳寿命预测提供参考。
In order to improve the insertion-extraction reliability of high-speed backplane connectors in radar equipment,this paper,taking a certain type of insertion-extraction connector as the research object,carried out simulation and experimental research of its mechanical properties,establishing the single contact element analytical model of the connector. And the nonlinear dynamic simulation analysis during insertion-extraction process of the proposed model was conducted with the aid of ANSYS. The high-precision experiment roof of six degrees of freedom was built. Considering the actual situation of the radar installation,the mechanical properties and contact resistance were tested under the condition of different limit deviations. The results show that the insertion force is 0.17 N in the phase of stationary insertion. The horizontal deviation has relatively less effect on the insertion force,while vertical deviation has a great influence on insertion force. And the contact resistance is less affected by the limit deviations. Conclusions can be a reference for the engineering application and fatigue life prediction of the connector.
