摘要 构建快速响应体系是未来航天技术的发展趋势,模块化综合电气互连技术是关键。文中研究了基于VPX的模块化综合电气互连技术,实现了各功能模块间无缆化高速快速互连功能。背板采用单星互连的拓扑结构,各功能模块统一封装,由交换板通过身份识别技术进行集中控制,实现各功能模块的无差别互换。电源管理采用数字化配电技术,实现各功能模块的到位检测、顺序上电、过流保护等健康管理功能。 It is a tendency to build quick-response system for the future aerospace technology, and module synthetical electrical interconnection technology is the key. In this paper, module synthetical electrical inter- connection technology based on VPX, which could achieve high-speed and rapid electrical connection between different functional modules without cable, is studied. The backplane use the topological structure of single star interconnection. Functional modules are packaged uniformly and are controlled centrally by exchange board using identification technology, and then functional modules could be exchanged indistinguishably. Electrical source management uses digitized power distribution technology to realize health managements for functional modules such as in-position check, power-on in right order, overcurrent protection, and so on.
